Personal wellbeing MCP server. Requires VIP account access.

Add this URL as an MCP connector in Claude Desktop or Claude Code:

Open Claude's connector settings — paste the URL above there. There's no one-click link; you paste it in manually.

You'll be prompted to sign in and authorize. If your account doesn't have VIP access, the connection will succeed but tool calls will fail with a permission error.

Garmin data

Connect your Garmin account on eir's own site, not through Claude:

You'll enter your Garmin email/password once, plus a passphrase of your own choosing. Your Garmin password never enters Claude's conversation at all this way. If your account has MFA enabled, you'll be asked for the code Garmin sends next, on the same page.

Security note: the passphrase you choose encrypts your session before it's stored — not even Eir's operator can decrypt it without that passphrase. It can't be recovered if you forget it. If Eir ever restarts, you'll need to revisit this page and re-enter just the passphrase (not your Garmin password again) to restore your session.

Withings data

Optional: connect a Withings scale for body composition (weight, fat, muscle, hydration, bone mass). You sign in on Withings' own site; Eir only gets read access.
